Koch Heating and Cooling is a Kansas City, Kansas company that has outlasted three generations of equipment, two changes of ownership and seventy-seven Midwest winters.
Koch Heating and Cooling was founded in 1948 by Fritz Koch. Later, Paul Stark purchased the business and built a strong company. Paul retired in 1997, selling the business to Jeff Renne. Jeff has 40 years of experience in the HVAC business.
At Koch Heating and Cooling, we offer custom, professional installations and cost-effective services. We take pride in gaining the highest level of customer satisfaction on every furnace and air conditioning service we undertake.
We offer repair and maintenance services for all makes and models of furnaces and air conditioners. We are an independent Lennox dealer, and recommend and select only the most reliable systems from Lennox for our customers.
Our shop is at 5500 Parallel Pkwy in Kansas City, Kansas, and the same trucks you see on Parallel and State Avenue are the ones that pull into your driveway.
