Maintenance Agreements & Tune-Ups
Good HVAC equipment helps you save energy and reduce utility costs — but only if it's maintained. Regular maintenance like cleaning and changing filters extends the lifespan of your heating and cooling systems and keeps them running at peak efficiency through Kansas City's hot summers and cold winters.
Koch Heating and Cooling's Maintenance Agreement program gives customers four concrete benefits: we inspect, detect, and correct minor issues before they become major problems; you receive 10% off part replacements and repairs; you get priority service scheduling; and 24/7 emergency service is available whenever you need it.
